COVID'cation 2020

Vacation plans derailed by Covid-19 inspire camping vacation and the beginning of Campfire Culinary Creations...

2020 being the year of COVID,

plans for many families have been derailed.

My crew and I had plans to visit my sister in Florida,... COVID-CANCELLED.

So, we decided to make this a camping year. We set out to visit as many campsites as possible. We even went as far as to rent an RV, hitting 4 different camping spots over 9 days.

It may have been a little too long for our first experience. Nonetheless, we made it back... some laughs about this later, I promise. 

All in all, we ended up having a blast this summer and it’s not over yet, far from it! Lots of time for additional adventures left in this "camping year".

Here's a few photos from the 4 sites we visited in our first 9 days of camping... will post separately about each one in more detail, as well as share some of my crew's favorite Campsite eats / recipes.
